After much research and first hand experience, I noticed that this is an area that medicine is lacking, using nutrition and other natural resources to heal the body.
I follow a holistic lifestyle because it is the method that works. It includes and tackles the problem as a whole, versus focusing on one component. Holistic refers to the “whole” person, taking account mental and emotional factors along with physical symptoms of a disease. A Holistic approach is multi-faceted and mindful of the consequences of our habits and actions.
I turned my focus to nutrition when I saw how much it improves quality of life and heals the body from the inside out. What is Holistic Nutrition? Holistic nutrition is healing with whole foods. Using unrefined, unprocessed, real foods in balance and variety to maximize health and vitality.
