Holistic Wellness Program
3-Month Nutrition based program to help increase metabolism, stamina, and decrease inflammation, throughout the body to promote optimal health. This program is a blend of physical, mental & habitual transformation. This is not strictly a weight loss program but clients can expect to lose weight in the process. This is a journey to create healthy habits, eat whole foods, and nourish the body from the inside out.
