I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the work you did here with us. I learned a few things and I seem to be getting results. But most importantly I want to commend you on your approach to helping others with their health and fitness. You seem to be very accommodating to people who maybe aren’t “all in committed” to doing what you recommend but are “willing to try a few things”. While you are firm about what will yield the best results you are still willing to help them find a somewhat easier way to get started. I’ve seen others in your line of work who have a “my way is the only way” attitude and that can be very discouraging. – Jason S.
